YFIT is a UK-based career development organisation dedicated to helping individuals from underrepresented backgrounds—particularly Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities—transition into tech and corporate roles. Founded by two professionals who personally experienced the challenges of entering the tech industry without guidance, YFIT exists to make those paths more visible, accessible, and supportive for others.
