- Ideal candidate must have first Degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution, with key organisational, functional, leadership, communication competencies.
- Candidate must be computer literate with sound managerial and technical skills.
- A professional qualification will be an added advantage.
