We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant / Accounts Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions, ledger updates and reconciliations timely.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Manage statutory filings such as VAT, PAYE and WHT
• Maintain proper accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, financial regulations and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1 year of experience experience in an accounting role (logistics/maritime sector experience is an advantage), NYSC members are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books and Microsoft Packages.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• ICAN or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
