Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 2–4 years of practical experience in payroll, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing internal accounts and ensuring timely remittances to statutory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, PAYE, and pension schedules
• File and remit statutory deductions (ITF, NSITF, PAYE, Pension) accurately and on time
• Support internal financial reporting and analysis
• Liaise with tax authorities (FIRS/FCT-IRS) for compliance and queries
• Maintained accurate accounting records and ledgers using Excel or accounting software
• Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial processes

Key Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• ATS certification or ACA/ACCA (in progress) is an advantage
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, Wave, or similar tools is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and payroll procedures
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
