Job Description

• VMD Management: Vendor Registration and VMD Updates
• ASC Management
• Accounts Payable: Payments Runs, Exceptional Payments, duties and advance request, Vendor reconciliations, vendor accounts clearing, Daily BOI vouchers and clearing, Petty cash Management, Advance requests & T &E Processing, FX Purchase
• Accounts Receivable: Customer Account Clearings, AR Tracking
• Workflow Management: Workflow reminder report & Follow up with team members, Workflow issue management- for Team members, GL assignments in workflow - Maverick spends & Non-PO invoices
• Month End Closure: Payroll Journal, 3P SIT Journal, Procure to Pay Risk Control Management, Compliance Control and Management.
