Job Title: Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase school enrollment.
• Promote the school’s brand through community engagement, events, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and prospective students.
• Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about the school’s programs and values.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in school marketing or a related role.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage
