Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ibadan. 
• This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a dedicated professional with strong accounting expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Job Description

• Creating invoices for company's clients, inputting vendor invoices in the system and paying bills.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
• Proper filling of all invoices in Google drive and calculate all income earned monthly.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Inputting sales and expenses entries to generate income for tax payee purposes.
• Procurement and logistics for staff welfare and clients relationship.
• Regular payment of statutory payments
• Filing all statutory payments
• Sources for manufacturers in order to reduce price such as food items and the rest.
• Keep up with all business and organizational developments.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or its equivalence.
• 4 to 5 years of experience
• Must be aChartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Oyo state tax.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
