Chief Finance Officer

A fast-growing medium sized I.T. company based in Lekki Phase 1 seeks the services of a Senior Accountant to fill up a recent vacancy for the position of a Chief Finance Officer.

1. Job Description:  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1.1. ensuring the company is fully compliant with laws, accounting standards and filing requirements;

1.2. implementation of financial measures and plans to maximize sustained growth;

1.3. ownership of all finance functions within the business to include cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset registers, taxes;

1.4. develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure;

1.5. managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting;

1.6. providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team;

1.7. providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team;

1.8. advising on long term business and financial planning;

1.9. ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the organization.
