Description

• Our Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization and drive the company's strategic technology initiatives.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and a proven track record of leading technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Technology Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the technology organization, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Innovation: Identify and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness in the financial services industry.
• Cybersecurity: Ensure the security and integrity of the company's technology systems and data.
• Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop top technology talent.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Executive Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar executive role, with a track record of success in leading technology organizations.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technology teams.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the financial services industry and drive business growth.

Nice to Have:

• Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Technology Executive (CTE).
