Cloud Energy Photoelectric Ltd. recruitment for a Sales Manager


  1. The Sales Manager will hire and motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  2. He/she will sell the organization's services and products, by finding unique ways to engage and increase audience size and clients.
  3. He/she is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  4. He/she will build and maintain client relations
  5. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies: analyzing trends and results.
  6. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  7. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  8. Maintain data relative to partners’ accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.
  9. He/she will direct and oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  10. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
  11. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  12. Preparing sales budget and projections and approving expenditures.
  13. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  14. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  15. Lead and direct the work of others.
  16. Hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell, and cultivate sales
