Job Position: Creative Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Fashion
Work Mode: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm Fully onsite

Role Summary

• We are seeking an organised creative to work closely with the Creative Director to design outfits, and also manage projects single-handedly, acting as the first point of contact to clients, handling all communication including emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, instagram dm, virtual and physical consultations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of creative projects, including photo shoots, look books, and marketing campaigns.
• Attend to client fittings in-studio and outside, during events and photoshoot sessions.
• Creating digital sketches and moodboards for clients.
• Researching and designing Fashion forward ideas for varying client brief
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the brands aesthetic is consistently and adequately represented
• Consistent report, record keeping and providing general administrative support

Requirements

• A degree in Fashion or design related fields will be an advantage
• Must have Digital illustration skills and be able to create moodboards
• Passion for fashion and in depth knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabric types and garment construction
• Be up to date on current industry trends
• Must be smart, highly creative, detailed, possess excellent communication and customer relations skills.
