We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Relationship Officer

Job Locations: Kaduna, and Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide optimum customer relationship as required to maintain and enhance existing business, resulting in repeat business, and preventing customer churning.
• Escalation of all clients payment issues to assigned Sales Representatives for follow up in a timely manner
• Meet up with the sales targets

Qualifications

• Graduates of reputable tertiary institutions
• 3-7years working experience
• NYSC Discharge certificate
• Excellent Cordination, Relationship Management , selling skills and marketing skills
• Self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Diligence and strong work ethic.

Salary
N1,500, 000 - N2,000, 000 annually.
