Job Responsibilities

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Prior customer service experience in an organization or online (remotely).
• Good and conducive working environment.
• Knowledge of computer and typing skills / good network.
• Adapt to changes at work (policies, products, services, etc).
• Ability to work under pressure.
