Job Description

• Answering questions about a company’s products or services
• Processing orders and transactions
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings
• Handling customer complaints
• Responding to customer reviews
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N75,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
