We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1 / Ikoyi, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Objective

• To ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently managing all orders, providing tailored product recommendations, and enhancing overall customer experience.
• The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, repeat patronage, and smooth coordination between the sales and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone and Social Media Platforms.
• Assist customers in placing orders and selecting products that suit their preferences and occasions.
• Accurately process all customer orders within specified hours.
• Keep customers informed about new product offerings and promotions.
• Ensure all cakes and pastries are properly packaged for pick-up or delivery.
• Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Liaise with the kitchen team to confirm production timelines and meet delivery deadlines.
• Help coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to align with order demands.
• Oversee and ensure the timely pick-up or delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain and update the customer database to support targeted communications and loyalty programs.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,00 Monthly.
