Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Update of different cake products on the social media platforms
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Assist customers in their order delivery process.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.
• Respond to customers enquiries via all social media channels

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business or related fields with 2 -3 years in the cake industry.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
