We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Design Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Design Manager:

• Design principles and template definitions;
• Design delivery plan development; design progress control, design quality control
• Design team organization and management;
• Coordination and communication between teams (Clients, Subcontractors, Internal)

Designer:

• Follow up on the progress of the survey and design according to the arrangement of the design manager
• Review the quality of design documents and AS BUILD documents and guide subcontractors to complete the output of documents when necessary
• Guide construction changes and complete plan modifications
• Directly participate in site surveys and design tasks when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
