Job Position: Direct Sales Executive

Job Descriptions

• This Executive will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisors assigned to clients in managing their loans.

Requirements

• If you have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Bank,
• Self-driven and organized,
• Willing to work in Lagos, Lekki Preferably ,
• Have excellent communication
• Good interpersonal skill with a passion for selling,
• Can work under pressure,
• A professional with good work ethics, then this job is for you!
• Candidates Currently working in an MFB is an added advantage
• Candidate must reside on the island (Preferably Lekki and its Environs)

Remuneration

• N50,000 per month gross plus commission.
• The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization.
