Job Position: Estate Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objectives

• Coordinate the provision of community services (resident engagement, security, sewage, landscaping).
• Supervise all Utility services (water and power) for uninterrupted service.
• Manage all community relations and engagement.
• Provide technical support for all affiliated facilities maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational processes for power and water installations.
• Ensure effective deployment of manpower and resources to ensure that services meet / exceed predefined specifications.
• Ensure the implementation of best practice maintenance standard.
• Manage and coordinate all estate maintenance activities and teams.
• Supervise the activities of all sub-contractors retained to provide community services for the estate.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of community policing and security teams.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
