Rotimi Olu and Company is a registered Estate Surveying and Valuation firm Established under Estate Surveyors & Valuers (Registration, etc.) Act 1975; to undertake Real Estate Professional Acts, valuation and other allied services. The firm came into active operation in 2012 and has undertaken reasonable works in: Valuation, Property Management, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Facilities Management, Estate Agency & Remodeling and Renovation Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Estate Surveyor

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Marketing for lease of new or vacant property.
• Valuation of properties
• Facility/Property management
• Laising between the company and vendors
• Inspection,Market Survey, and Analysis of Asset.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a real estate firm.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
