Job Position: Executive Sales Associate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Working days: Monday- Saturday

Role

• Welcome customers, answer questions about products or services, and guide them through the purchasing process
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Work with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Any sales or customer relationships experience.
• Skills: Good communication and written.
• The candidate must be staying on the island.
