Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Locations: Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the company’s beauty and wellness facilities.
• You will ensure all equipment, utilities, and spaces are functional, well-maintained, and aligned with the brand’s premium service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and facility-related budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Requirements

• B.Sc./ HND qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years of proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
