Job Position: Field Marketer

Job Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are looking for skilled Field Marketers (Independent Contractor) in Port Harcourt to join our marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for enrolling sellers on our online marketplace.
• You will be expected to train the sellers on how to use our platform to advertise their products / services for free.

Responsibilities

• Physically source and identify ideal sellers in good locations for Onboarding on our marketplace.
• Train sellers on how to use our platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with users selling our services to consumers.
• Report daily/weekly activities to the Chief Operations Officer who will be your direct supervisor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of OND
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great marketing skills
• IT Savvy and have a personal Android / iOS smartphone with internet access.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Port Harcourt Residents only.

Our Offer

• 3 months contract (Renewable subject to Performance).
• Base Pay
• Incentive Pay.
