Job Description

• We are looking for a pleasant and friendly female Front Desk Representative to join our team!
• As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office.
• Your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
• Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable while in our office.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all administrative activities
• Organizing to keep the office clean
• Ensuring all lighting and office equipment are in good working order and reporting any issues promptly
• Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Brand: Raise our profile via social networks and media, forums, blogs and online directories.
• Content Marketing: Actively publish useful and relevant content, like tweets and other social messaging.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing.
• Minimum of 2-5 years prior in the same field.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
• Active / Relevant experience of social media.
• Proficiency with MS suite.
• Proximity to location is key.
