Job Position: FTTH Design Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employmwnt Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design principles and template definitions
• Design delivery plan development
• Design progress control
• Design quality control
• Design team organization and management
• Coordination and communication between teams (Clients, Subcontractors, Internal)
• Follow up the progress of survey and design according to the arrangement of the design manager
• Review the quality of design documents and AS BUILD documents, and guide subcontractors to complete the output of documents when necessary
• Guide construction changes and complete plan modifications
• Directly participate in site survey and design tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines, with over 3 years of experience in structural or civil design at a design institute;
• Strong team spirit and learning ability, with the capability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
