Job Position: General Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Developing Strategies for Ensuring Excellent Guest Services
• Must be A Digital Marketing Expert with detailed knowledge of the most current Hospitality softwares and a Clear understanding of the Competitive Market
• A resilient Team builder with high performance standard to grow the Organization
• Fully Responsible For Analyzing the productivity of the sales department and ensuring a Minimum of 70% Occupancy Monthly
• The Most Important requirement for this candidate is networking and core selling skills offline and online ( Must contribute effectively to closing sales on our core products and services)
• Responsible for Retraining key staff to meet set Priorities

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in strictly 4 star to 5 star Hotel within Africa
• Must be a disciplined male within 40yrs-55yrs with a sense of decency to handle the distractions and challenges of the Hospitality industry
• Must be a growth oriented manager.

Salary

• The approved salary for this role is N300, 000 (three hundred thousand naira) monthly.
