We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Allen, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about company products/services.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience.
• Prepare daily or weekly customer service reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and remain calm.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email systems).
• Customer-oriented attitude.
