Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Castles Lifestyle Magazine.
• The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the magazine, including managing staff, developing and implementing strategies, coordinating with contributors and advertisers, and ensuring the timely production and distribution of each issue.
• The General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial management, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Marketing and business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
