GOS Projects Limited - Our client, a private Security company in Lagos, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager 
Job Location: Lagos 

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will organize and oversee all security operations of our company in developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations and monitoring expenses whilst Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
• S/He will attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs, plan and coordinate security operations for specific events, coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• The post holder will review reports on incidents and breaches whilst Investigating and resolving issues

Requirements

• To fit in, you must have a Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience as security manager or similar position, experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV),
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures, solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis and proficient in the use of MS Office suite and other related applications.
