Job Position: Grants Officer
Job Location: Ondo

Description
As a Grant Officer at Rolan Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding for our impactful initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grant Proposal Development:
- Research potential funding opportunities and assess their alignment with the foundation's mission and goals.
- Develop compelling grant proposals, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to submission deadlines.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate positive relationships with funding organizations, donors, and partners to enhance collaboration and grant support.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Grant Management:
- Oversee the entire grant life cycle, from application to reporting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
- Collaborate with program managers to track and report on grant progress and outcomes.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Work with the finance team to develop accurate budgets for grant proposals.
- Monitor grant spending and ensure financial accountability in accordance with grant agreements.
- Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about funding trends, donor priorities, and best practices in grant management.
- Analyze data and assess the impact of grant-funded projects for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in grant writing and grant management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors and partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
