Job Position: Head of Operation

Job Summary 

• Our firm specializes in providing comprehensive talent solutions, HR advisory, and workforce support services.
• As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate should be responsible for overseeing and scaling the day-to-day operations of our HR consulting and recruitment business.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR Consulting, recruitment, and strategic management, with a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive operational efficiency, and deliver revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Leadership role.
• Professional HR certification is mandatory.
