Job Position: HMO Officer

Job Location: Osapa London, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We're seeking a proactive and organized HMO Officer to join our team in Lagos.
• As an HMO Officer, you'll be responsible for engaging new partners, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless communication with HMO providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new HMO partners and negotiate tariffs
• Manage contracts and submit medical claims
• Follow up on reimbursements and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate professionally with HMO providers via email and calls.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Prior experience with HMO processes and health insurance communication
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
