Job Overview

• We are seeking a Hospitality Quality Control Supervisor to ensure exceptional standards across all operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate hospitality operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, services, and staff performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and procedures.
• Train and guide staff on quality standards and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with management to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
