Job Position: Information Technology Analyst

Job Description
- Install, configure, and manage hardware and software components
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software and efficiency
- Keep abreast of technology trends and development
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues
- Office 365 and SharePoint administration
- Data Security
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Active directory schema
- Knowledge of IP addressing, subnet, DNS, DHCP and general networking.
