Job Position: Information Technology Analyst

Job Description

• Install, configure, and manage hardware and software components
• Upgrade systems to enable compatible software and efficiency
• Keep abreast of technology trends and development
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT
• Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues
• Office 365 and SharePoint administration 
• Data Security
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Understanding of Active directory schema
• Knowledge of IP addressing, subnet, DNS, DHCP and general networking.
