Job Description

• Receive, inspect, store and scan goods
• Issue goods, record and track stock level, monitor distribution of stock
• Maintain stock records manually and/or using the ERP inventory system in place.
• Prepare the purchase orders and be accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders
• Ensures that goods/stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse
• Monitor goods for expiration dates. Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventory that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions
• To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, etc. so that it can be accessed and identified easily.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experienced in the same role. Experience in the same industry is an added advantage
• Excellent recordkeeping skill
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
