We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1.) Internal Auditor

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Responsibilties


  • Execute risk-based audits across financial, maintenance, and operational departments.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of technology controls and data integrity within core aviation systems.
  • Collaborate with Management to implement corrective action plans and track remediation.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, and risk implications.
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across financial, operational, compliance, and IT environments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Management and external auditors, ensuring effective coordination and timely support throughout the audit cycle.
  • Stay current with aviation industry developments, regulatory requirements, and internal auditing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 years of experience.

2.) Charter Sourcing Specialist

Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Source aircraft globally and maintain a live database of partner operators and pricing.
  • Negotiate rates, ferry costs, and contract terms for high-value client requests.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure all sourced aircraft meet NCAA, ICAO, and EASA safety standards.
  • Provide 24/7 sourcing support and produce weekly market intelligence reports.
  • Monitor charter price trends, fleet changes, repositioning patterns, and seasonal demand.
  • Identify underserved route opportunities and recommend strategic network development actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, charter brokers, trip support companies, and dispatchers.
  • Review operator compliance with safety management systems (SMS), IOSA/IS-BAO standards, crew qualifications, and operational specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver quick, accurate, and competitive charter quotes.
  • Liaise with Operations Control, Scheduling, Finance, and Legal teams on charter confirmation.

3.) Group Charter Sales Specialist (ERJ-145 Fleet)

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Group Charter Sales Specialist (ERJ-145) is responsible for driving all group charter sales using our client's dedicated Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft.
  • The role focuses exclusively on selling, planning, and coordinating group charters for 30–50 passengers using the ERJ-145 across Nigeria, West Africa, and other approved international routes.
  • The role ensures maximum aircraft utilization, strong client relationships, compliance with operational requirements, and commercial profitability across all ERJ-145 charter missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell ERJ-145 group charters to corporates, government agencies, sports teams, tour operators, and private groups.
  • Develop ERJ-145 pricing models and cost-optimized routing options.
  • Identify seasonal demand patterns and propose charter programs to maximize fleet usage.
  • Prepare commercial justifications for new markets and high-demand sectors.
  • Prepare competitive, cost-optimized proposals and detailed flight itineraries.
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, travel managers, protocol units, and group clients.
  • Liaise with Operations and Ground Handling to ensure seamless group movements.
  • Prepare quarterly market analysis reports highlighting new charter opportunities.
  • Maintain an active CRM pipeline of all ERJ-145 charter leads, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Ensure all group travel complies with NCAA, ICAO, and international operational requirements.
  • Provide on-site problem resolution for large charter groups.
  • Ensure proper branding, corporate representation, and customer experience at departure locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Aviation.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in charter sales or airline commercial roles with a strong industry network.
  • Skills: Expertise in regional jet operations (ERJ-145), professional negotiation, and high-volume digital communication.
