1.) Accountant
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Overview
- Our client is a a highly diversified group and currently has its office at Ogba in Lagos. Our client urgently needs the services of a Junior Accountant with a minimum of OND. This person must have a minimum of years’ experience
- For the purpose of transportation cost, candidate residing around Ogba in Lagos or other nearby vicinities will be most preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Documenting financial transactions
- Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulations
- Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities
- Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions
- Creating, reviewing and presenting budgets
- Recommending financial actions by analysing accounting options
- Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports
- Providing guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction and profit maximisation
- Preparing and analysing financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- Submitting annual tax returns
- Any other assignment.

2.) Quantity Surveyor

- Our client requires the services of a Quantity Surveyor who has a minimum of five years’ experience with professional qualification. The ideal candidate should have HND or BSc in Quantity Survey.
Job Brief
- Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering all materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost risks and opportunities.
- Manage and negotiate subcontracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit tender documents for projects, ensuring they are accurate and competitive.
- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying and reporting any variances from the original estimate.
- Prepare and submit invoices for completed work, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Review and manage variations to the project scope, ensuring cost implications are understood and approved.
- Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice to project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs and financial transactions.
- Prepare final cost reports for projects, analyzing and explaining any deviations from the original estimate.
- Stay up-to-date on construction industry trends, cost data, and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cost management strategies for the organization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve cost efficiency in projects.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of cost estimates and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role.
- Membership in a professional Quantity Surveying institute
- Strong understanding of construction costs, pricing, and estimating principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in cost estimating software (e.g., S100, BCIS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3.) Accounts Officer
Job Location: Sango, Ogun

Overview
- Due to increasing activities, our client urgently desires services of an Account Officer who has a minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- A previous experience in the same role in an FMCG company will be an advantage. Also having an experience with an Audit firm will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Reconcile financial transactions, accounts, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and track financial transactions, expenses, and budgets to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and operations, to coordinate financial activities and support business operations.
- Provide support and assistance to auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare annual budget and monitor budget performance
- Conduct monthly bank reconcilliation.

- Our client urgently requires the services of an Assistant Chef who has a minimum of four years’ experience. This person must be good in cooking African and continental dishes.
- The ideal candidate should have OND, HND or BSc and must have worked in a top notched Hotel. Candidates residing within Ikeja or close vicinities to GRA Ikeja will be most preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Planning menus
- Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
- Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
- Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage
- Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen
- Organizing duty roster of the staff
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
