We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Hotel Cook

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• Food Preparation & Cooking:Preparing menu items, including washing, cutting, seasoning, and cooking
• Quality Control & Plating:Ensuring high-quality food, proper portion control, and attractive presentation.
• Safety & Sanitation:Maintaining a clean workstation, following health regulations, cleaning equipment, and proper food handling.
• Inventory & Stock Management:Monitoring, restocking, and organizing inventory and supplies.
• Menu & Prep Execution:Following chef-prepared recipes and prep lists.
• Collaboration:Working with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during busy periods.
• Special Requests:Accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

 Salary
N85,000 per month.

2.) Housekeeper

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Guest Room Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, including bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, polishing furniture, and vacuuming.
• Restocking Amenities: Replenishing toiletries, towels, toilet paper, drinking glasses, and minibar items
• Public Area Cleaning: Tidying corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas.
• Safety and Security: Following all cleaning protocols, using cleaning chemicals safely, and respecting guest privacy.
• Reporting: Promptly notifying maintenance of repairs needed (e.g., broken lamps, leaking faucets) and reporting lost-and-found items.
• Organization: Managing a housekeeping cart, restocking supplies, and ensuring efficiency.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years of experience. 

Salary
N75,000 monthly.

3.) Pool Attendant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Greeting guests, providing clean towels, arranging lounge chairs, and ensuring seating areas are comfortable.
• Cleanliness: Cleaning the pool deck, restrooms, and furniture; clearing trash, debris, and keeping the area organized.
• Safety Monitoring: Enforcing pool rules, monitoring activities to prevent accidents, and providing basic first aid if necessary.
• Support & Communication: Answering guest inquiries, enforcing closing procedures, and reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting, operating, and repairing pool pumps, filters, heaters, and cleaning equipment to ensure proper function.
• Compliance: Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, maintaining accurate water chemistry records, and adhering to health department regulations.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
