We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Account Assistant
Job Location: Okpara Avenue, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and processing invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.
- Sending bills and invoices to clients.
- Tracking organization expenses.
- Processing refunds.
- Reconciling financial accounts.
- Cash Allocation.
- Sales order processing.
- Managing daily posts in and out.
- Handling and writing cheques.
- Receiving and processing all invoice expense forms and request for payment.
- Verifying calculations working with the accounting system.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
- Reconciliation of direct debits and financial accounts.
- Ensuring all payment amounts and records are accurate.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Working with journals, sales, and purchase ledgers.
- Planning and budgeting control.
- Assisting the accountant with audits.
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the accountant, management and/or directors from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
- 1-5 years of accounting experience.

2.) Company Driver
Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of company’s merchandize to ensure they are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Performing routine checks on the vehicle, such as monitoring fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working condition. Reporting any issues or required repairs.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies while discharging duties.
- Ensuring the safety and protection of merchandize and staff entrusted by driving carefully to avoid accidents and vehicle damage. Plan and ply the most efficient and secured routes for making delivery.
- Ensure timely conveyance of company’s goods, and as well ensure to properly lock the vehicle when not in use.
- Recognize and report any accident, injury, damage of company’s vehicle, electrical, mechanical and other faults as identified to the management.
- Ensure to acquire all legal documentations associated to the execution of your daily duties such as drivers license, etc.
- Ensure that assigned vehicle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition.
- Periodic checks on vehicle papers and ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Perform all other duties as may be specified and assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Must have experience in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
- Should possess a valid drivers’ license.
- Have extensive driving experience.
- Must be 40 years and ABOVE.
- (A married family man with above requirement is an added advantage).

3.) Retail Sales Representative
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Aba - Abia, Owerri - Imo, Benin - Edo, Enugu, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Onitsha - Anambra, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
