1.) Logistics Audit Officer

Job Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Objective(s)


  • To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of logistics operations by overseeing daily sales reports, verifying expense transactions, conducting reconciliations, and analyzing performance metrics across multiple stations.
  • Proactively implement internal controls, safeguard operational materials, and identify any instances of fraud or mismanagement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily sales reports from stations.
  • Verify the accuracy of logistics logs for all stations.
  • Examine expenses related to CPS in Lagos, Onitsha, and Abuja.
  • Ensure accuracy of logistics log entries in the SIMPLE software.
  • Analyze and report on the logistics e-ticketing system's performance.
  • Provide assistance in the issuance and admittance of operational materials and parts.
  • Attest to the accuracy of station sales remittances.
  • Conduct monthly reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Propose and implement effective internal controls for logistics services.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with management policies at stations.
  • Ensure proper use and documentation of sensitive operational materials.
  • Ensure the daily submission of station logs.
  • Verify compliance of revenue remittances by cross-checking bank statements and company software.
  • Verify and attest to the authenticity of financial documents submitted.
  • Identify and escalate any instances of fraud or mismanagement of funds.
  • Conduct cash count reconciliations and reviews for the corporate office.
  • Verify disbursements to Lagos, Abuja and Onitsha CPS and expense retirements.
  • Perform monthly comparisons of logistics sales recorded in logs, SIMPLE, and e-ticketing systems.
  • Examine load receipts accompanied by stations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all logistics payment and posting transactions.
  • Assess the sales performance of stations.
  • Examine expenses recorded in station logs.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
  • Professional certification – ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIA or equivalent

Experience:

  • Proven 2-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, Financial control or risk management
  • Hands-on experience in Accounting and Audit Software

2.) Logistics Audit Supervisor

Job Objective(s)

  • To ensure the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of logistics and financial operations by verifying daily sales, dispatch expenses, receivables, and system postings; implementing effective internal controls; and conducting comprehensive reviews of revenue remittances, spare part usage, terminal transactions, and reconciliation processes, with the goal of safeguarding assets and enhancing operational efficiency in a logistics-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily sales reports from Stations
  • Verify sales and expenses related to dispatch vehicles.
  • Check the accuracy of logistics log entries in the Busy software.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collection and accurate recording of logistics receivables.

3.) Transport Audit Supervisor

Job Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Objective(s)

  • To ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accountability of financial transactions and operational processes by conducting thorough audits, reconciliations, and reviews of cash flow, terminal operations, debtor accounts, and administrative expenses, while supporting compliance, preventing fraud, and enhancing the overall efficiency of financial reporting and internal controls.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safeguard of current assets relating to administrative assets, debtors, and other accounts receivable by carrying out daily review and reconciliation of cash declared by vehicles, by terminals, and the lodgements in the Lagos and Onitsha offices.
  • Daily review of Ghana transactions: Careful checking of individual loading sheet values in Cedi and their actual value in naira using the exchange rate as at the day of the transaction.
  • Checking of accurate postings into BUSY by the Accounts Department.
  • Checking of Return ticket reconciliation in BUSY using the Return ticket analysis sheet.
  • Resolving all account discrepancies and issues.
  • Call–over of daily loadings posted into BUSY:
  • Checking of accurate postings into BUSY.
  • Checking of accurate interpretation and analysis of expenditures incurred.
  • Pointing out /escalating of any unauthorized expenses deducted by terminal.
  • Review of Luxury Bus loading sheets with focus on Lodgements for Diesel, Load Credit, and other Income:
  • Checking of accurate income recorded by terminals in line with number of passengers boarded the bus.
  • Vetting of all expenses observed in the loading sheet.
  • Checking accurate deduction of expenses and remittance of income.
  • Escalating any fraudulent and mismanagement of fund observed on the loading sheet.

  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that improve business operations, optimize logistics processes, and drive strategic decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including operational systems, customer databases, and financial records.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve logistics efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track company performance.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of Nigerian transportation regulations.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
