1.) Floor Supervisor – Beach Resort

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role:

• We are seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage staff efficiently at our beachfront resort.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality or resort management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• N200,000 monthly
• Layover available
• 13th month salary
• HMO coverage
• Daily feeding provided
• Quarterly performance bonus.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in retail/hospitality preferred
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
