1.) Investment Advisor (Luxury)

Job Location:  Abuja (FCT) 

Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Investment Advisor, Luxury to join our premium advisory team.
• This role is designed for a professional with an established high-net-worth clientele and a passion for selling luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strong client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premiuinvestors.
• Source, engage, and successfully close high-value transactions with high-net-worth clients.
• Successfully close high-value deals from ?50 million and above.
• Market and sell luxury and high-value real estate properties across prime locations.
• Provide expert investment advice tailored to the needs of HNIs and discerning clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on luxury property trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present investment proposals with clear value propositions.
• Ensure a premium client experience that aligns with SOW Real Estate’s luxury standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting.
• Established access or exposure to a network of HNIs is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, especially in the luxury market.

2.) Facility Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and management of our facilities while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, cleaners, and external contractors.
• Manage repairs, improvements, and facility-related projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies.
• Ensure all equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) are functioning effectively.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or urgent issues.
• Prepare and submit regular facility reports.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in facility management or a similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

3.) Real Estate Investment Advisor

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Investment and Finance or any Related Field
• A minimum of three(3) years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Proven ability in Luxury sales and sales management
• A strong sales-focused mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Nigerian Real Estate practices and regulations
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets
• 5% commission on sales
• Opportunities for international travel
• High-end events and stakeholder meetings
• Experience in leading a team (for the Head of Sales.

Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 per month.
