1.) General Counsel

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• As General Counsel, you willown all legal matters across the holding company and its portfolio, providing strategic and operational legal guidance.
• You will work closely with founders, executives, and management teams toprotect the company while enabling growth, particularly intech, fintech, and startup ventures.
• This is a high-impact role with opportunities forequity participation in one or more of our client'sportfolio companies.You are astrategic thinker, entrepreneurial, and comfortableadvising at the intersection of law, tech, and business.
• You enjoy working across multiple ventures and are eager togrow with a company that is building Africa’s next-generation innovation ecosystem. You get to hire atleast 3 lawyers to support the legal team and to report to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provideend-to-end legal advisoryacross the holding company and subsidiaries, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiatecommercial agreements, investment agreements, partnership agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and IP assignments.
• Serve as theprimary legal advisoron corporate matters, includingCAC registrations, share issuances, corporate structure, and compliance.
• Supportfundraising, investments, joint ventures, and acquisitionswithin the portfolio.
• Advisefounders and managementon startup legal risks, employment contracts, equity structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure legal frameworksalign with company strategy and commercial objectives.
• Monitorregulatory and industry trends, ensuring the company and portfolio remain compliant while minimizing risk.
• Build and maintain atrusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including lawyers, regulators, and investors.
• Mentor and guidejunior legal staff or outsourced counselas the team grows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Law degree from a recognized university; admission to practice in Nigeria required. A Masters Degree is an added advantage.
• 4+ years of post-call experience, ideally with a mix ofcorporate law, commercial contracts, startups, and tech practice.
• Experience instartups, fintech, or technology-focused ventureshighly desirable.
• Proven experience withcontract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and CAC compliance.
• Strong understanding ofintellectual property, licensing, and equity arrangements.
• Business-minded, able toalign legal advice with commercial goals.
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
• Ability towork in a fast-paced, multi-venture environment, managing competing priorities.
• Excellent writing, listening, wrting, presentation and organisational skills.

2.) Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

• Our Client is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Full Stack Software Developerto join our team and help us build the next generation ofLLM-powered web applications.
• This is not an entry-level role.We want an experienced mid-level developer who already understands how to build web applications the traditional wayand is now eager to push boundaries by leveragingLarge Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate development, improve user experience, and create entirely new product capabilities.
• The successful candidate can work remotely but will be required to be in the office atleast once a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Django, Node.js, etc.) and Large Language Models e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code,balancing traditional software engineering with AI-enhanced workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, AI tooling, and web technologies.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will excel in the following areas:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience as afull-stack web developer, ability to build out web applications from start to finish manually but with the aid of Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding ofmodern web development frameworks and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-grade applications and leveraging third-party APIs
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, auth systems, data services).
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for working withLLM platforms(OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and experiment responsibly.
• Experience working directly with LLM APIs (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings).
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in product design or UI/UX.
• Must be able to self-regulate and meet developement deadlines, typically 2-weeks
• Excellent speaking, listening and presentation skills.
• Manage a portfolio of web applications.
• Be a catalyst to deliver a truly disruptive products that are growing rapidly
• Solve unique and first-order problems at massive-scale across web applications
• A working knowlegde of Wordpress is ideal but not mandatory.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.

• You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, scheduling posts across platforms, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for portfolio companies in alignment with their business goals.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media channels using content management and scheduling tools.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, building a consistent brand voice and community interaction.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with portfolio company teams, designers, and external agencies to maintain high-quality content output.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, video editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later, or equivalent).
