1.) Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

Our Real Estate & PropTech company is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and capable of managing project costs, contracts, and financial controls across construction and development projects

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage variations and claims.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering to optimise project value.
Prepare interim valuations, progress reports, and final accounts.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements

2.) Content Creator

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in content creation
Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content planning
Ability to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Basic proficiency in graphics and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
Experience in real estate or PropTech is an advantage.

3.) Architect

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project planning, and coordination to ensure functional, aesthetic, and regulatory-compliant developments.

Requirements

BSc / HND in Architecture from a recognised institution
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution
Proficiency in architectural and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
Strong knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes
Ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
Experience in real estate, construction, or PropTech will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
