We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) ICT Personnel

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time


Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support for hardware (computers, projectors, printers) and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, system errors, and connectivity issues.

ICT Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain and update school IT systems, servers, and local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure the proper functioning of internet access and intranet systems.

User Support & Training:

  • Assist teachers and students in using educational software, online platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams), and e-learning tools.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
  • Perform regular maintenance and backups to ensure data safety.

Inventory and Resource Management:

  • Keep an inventory of ICT equipment and manage their allocation and repair.
  • Recommend and plan for ICT improvements or new technology adoption.

Support Digital Learning:

  • Help integrate technology into teaching and learning processes.
  • Assist with digital assessments, e-library systems, and student records management.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ICT-related roles.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining hardware and software systems.
  • Good knowledge of computer networks and server management.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., LMS, digital whiteboards).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.

2.) Secretary

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain files and records (digital and paper-based).
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).

Document Preparation:

  • Draft, format, and proofread letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.

Office Coordination:

  • Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other staff and departments to support administrative flow.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for staff or executives.

Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Administrator General and internal/external clients.
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Update databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional certification in office administration or secretarial skills is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Experience in a corporate or office environment is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3.) Bookshop Account Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain daily records of sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Reconcile cash and credit card transactions with sales records.

Accounts Management:

  • Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Track invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash.

Banking and Reconciliation:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely deposits and withdrawals as needed.

Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Generate financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Report financial status to management.

Inventory and Cost Control:

  • Work with inventory management staff to ensure accurate cost accounting.
  • Track the financial impact of stock levels, orders, and returns.

Software Usage:

  • Use accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) to manage financial records.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
  • Experience with bookshop or bookstore operations is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
