We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Audit Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Conduct audits of sales, collections, receivables, and credit notes across routes, depots, and distributors
  • Verify inventory records including stock receipts, transfers, breakages, expiries, and returns
  • Audit warehouse and delivery operations to ensure proper stock handling and documentation
  • Review cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation of daily sales collections
  • Evaluate internal controls over pricing, discounts, promotions, and free-of-charge (FOC) items
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and tax requirements
  • Perform route, outlet, and distributor audits to detect variances, leakages, or irregularities
  • Analyze audit findings and prepare clear audit reports with recommendations
  • Follow up on corrective actions and report unresolved issues to management
  • Support fraud risk assessments and investigation activities when required
  • Assist management in strengthening processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND or Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years ofexperience.

2.) Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Prepare and reconcile bank, cash, and supplier accounts
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Handle invoicing, credit notes, and debit notes
  • Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and company policies
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control activities
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents

3.) Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming stocks and verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates
  • Ensure proper storage of beverages in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and physical stock
  • Coordinate loading and dispatch of goods based on delivery schedules
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and expiries
  • Control and document returns, breakages, and expired products
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse
  • Supervise warehouse helpers and loaders as required
  • Ensure proper documentation for receipts, transfers, and dispatches
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Support periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
