Job Title: Higher Estate Officer
Location:  Kaduna

Profile:
National Eye Centre was established by Decree No. 52 promulgated by the Murtala/Obasanjo Administration. The decree mandates it to provide comprehensive ophthalmic services, training facilities for ophthalmologists, orthoptists, Ophthalmic Nurses and all cadres of Eye health manpower as well as to create research facilities for the development of Ophthalmology in Nigeria and beyond. 
 

 
Requirements and Qualifications
 
- Minimum of HND in Estate Management obtained from a recognised institution
- A pass in the First Examination of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors 
- At least four(4) years post qualifications cognate experience.
 
 
Responsibilities
Carry out gardening and ground maintenance.
Keeping clean and in working order, refuse bins, areas and chutes, including hosing and disinfecting on a regular basis. Daily inspections of all lift gates, switches and indicator panels. Cleansing and disinfecting of lift compartments on a daily basis. Reporting breakdowns to the lift engineers. 
The immediate removal or cleaning of noxious deposits, graffiti or refuse, and litter from any part of the estate.
