We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Legal Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) Must have been called to Bar
• 3+ years of experience including significant professional experience in Company Law, finance and other relevant areas of law as may be required.
• Master’s in law (LLM) will be an added advantage
• Proven work experience in an investment industry/financial background will be an added advantage.
• Being a member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) or similar institutes will be an added advantage
• Experience in Asset management, Litigation, Content Management and Licensing will be an added advantage.
