Job Position: Loan Collector
Job Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A collection agent’s primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payments on debts. To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 - 4 years of work experience.
  • Flexibility in handling computers (Computer literate)
  • Added advantage if you have loan collection experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 per month plus attractive bonus, HMO, and order benefits.
