Job Summary

• We are seeking a Loan & Credit Risk Officer to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and manage credit risk in line with our microfinance lending policies.
• The ideal candidate will ensure responsible lending while maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess loan applications for individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct credit checks and risk analysis.
• Perform field visits and client assessments.
• Monitor loan performance and identify risk exposures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in microfinance or credit risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan management tools.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
